We have 5 engineers with rich experience in injection mold, die casting mold and jig design. Before moving forward to mold design, we will prepare the DFM (Design For Manufacturability) for customers, which shows the Parting line, Gate&Runner, Slide&Angle lifter, Ejection method, Cooling line, Draft angle analysis, Part wall thickness analysis, General problem etc.. After the communication with customer and get approval for going ahead with mold design, then we will start mold design based on the customer's requirements on the DFM. Once we finish the mold design, we will send the mold 2D and 3D drawings to customer for further check. If everything is good with the mold design drawing from customer's feedback, we will move to mold build. With our strict management and mutual cooperation, the mold design process can be completed in a very short time.
